Help me support kids in need
I’m an Associate Professor of Strategy in the Department of Management at Macquarie University, with more than 25 years’ experience across executive development, consulting, teaching and research. My work focuses on business strategy, leadership, culture and organisational change, and I’ve had the opportunity to work with organisations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific including Aware Super, ANZ, NSW Health, Red Cross Australia and BlueScope Steel.
I previously served as MBA Director at Macquarie University from 2020 to 2023, and before that worked with Melbourne Business School designing and delivering executive education programs. My research has focused on leadership, strategic change and organisational culture.
While much of my career has been about helping organisations and people perform at their best, this challenge is something very different.
I’m taking part in the Chain Reaction Sydney ride to help raise funds for children in need. It’s a tough physical challenge, but the real purpose is to support programs that provide critical care, support and opportunity for young people and their families.
I’d greatly appreciate your support.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps make a meaningful difference.
