Sam is a Commercial Leasing Director at JLL and leads the Near City division. He's focus is on master plan precincts, new office developments and existing office buildings. The role includes handling commercial marketing and negotiations between institutional and private landlords with commercial occupants.
This is Sam's first Chain Reaction QLD ride after being persuaded by older brother Nick. This novice rider will sure be tested on the peaky Adelaide hills over the 7 day tour. He is aiming to hold a medium position in the peloton, enjoy the sights by day, sample the local produce by night and raise as much money as possible for these very worthy charities.
