My Updates
Back for Round Three: Taking on Chain Reaction 2026 in New Zealand
It’s official — I’m back for my third Chain Reaction Challenge! This year, we’re heading across the ditch to New Zealand for another incredible 1000km ride, all in support of sick kids.
For those who don’t know, the Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation brings together business leaders and passionate riders from across Australia to take on a seven-day endurance ride. It’s not just about the physical challenge — it’s about making a real difference. Each pedal stroke helps raise vital funds for children’s charities that provide life-changing care, support, and hope for families doing it tough.
I first got involved in cycling during COVID, it quickly became more than just a hobby — it became a passion and then I found the chain reaction challenge. What started as a way to stay active soon turned into something much bigger: a chance to give back, push my limits, and connect with an amazing community of riders who all share the same purpose.
Having now completed two of these challenges, I know what’s ahead — long days in the saddle, unpredictable weather, sore legs, and plenty of laughs along the way. But I also know there’s nothing quite like the sense of achievement when you cross that finish line knowing the difference you’ve made.
This year’s ride through New Zealand is shaping up to be an epic adventure. Stunning landscapes, tough climbs, and the camaraderie that makes Chain Reaction so special — it’s going to be unforgettable.
Over the next few months, I’ll be ramping up my training, logging the kilometres, and working hard to reach my fundraising goal. Every donation, no matter how big or small, goes directly toward helping sick kids and their families when they need it most.
If you’d like to support me on this journey, keep an eye out for my fundraising page and follow along as I prepare for another life-changing week on the bike.
Here’s to Chain Reaction 2026 — 1000km, countless memories, and one incredible cause. Let’s do this!
