It's time for me to 'kick it up a notch' and ride 300kms to raise $$ for two amazing charities, White Ribbon and Traction.
Hello,
I am extremely excited to tell you that I will be part of the Victorian team set to cycle Chain Reaction's Women’s Gold Coast* 300 ride this November. This event was created to raise much-needed funds to help disadvantaged kids.
I have pledged to take on the physical challenge of riding 300km and a total elevation of 2,849 metres...something I never thought was in my abilities. Knowing what this will achieve to help young Australians is a great motivation.
Chain Reaction was founded by Bayside local Berrick Wilson after his daughter Milla was rushed to hospital with a brain haemorrhage when she was 2 days old. After Milla recovered fully, the experience drove Berrick to do something that would assist supportive organisations that help sick and vulnerable children and their families. The Chain Reaction Challenge Foundation was born to do just that.
I invite you to join me in supporting two important charities, Traction and White Ribbon, that help brighten the lives of vulnerable children and their families.
I aim to raise $3000 and, if you have the ability to, would love you to support me in my efforts by donating.
Any contribution is greatly appreciated.

This year's women's cycling event will support two incredibly charities, Traction, whose mission is to provide relief to disadvantaged young people, by giving meals to those who are homeless or lack access to secure housing and provide them with a safe, supportive learning environment where these teens can experience a sense of success, build self-esteem and skills free of violence, bullying, and judgment.
White Ribbon is a charity whose mission is to create a movement to eliminate gendered violence.
Through primary prevention campaigns, White Ribbon seeks to educate men and boys in communities, schools, and workplaces across the country to think about the opportunities they have to make lasting change in attitudes and behaviors that ensure the safety and wellbeing of women and children.
