For the kids in need.

So the story continues… This April, I’ll be taking on the Chain Reaction Cycling Challenge once again—riding 1,000 km over 7 days in Adelaide. I’m honoured to participate in this incredible event to support charities that help sick children and their families.

This year, we are riding for two wonderful organisations: BaptistCare HopeStreet and So They Can.BaptistCare HopeStreet supports women and children who have experienced domestic violence. So They Can provides quality education and broader community support to disadvantaged communities in Kenya and Tanzania.

My journey with Chain Reaction began in 2019, when I completed my first 1,000 km challenge from Melbourne to Sydney. It was tough but deeply rewarding. I’m grateful not only for the ride itself, but also for the opportunity to work together as a team to raise funds for children in need. The 2020 event was cancelled due to the pandemic, and I was unable to complete the 2021 challenge due to injury. Thankfully, I returned and completed the 2022 ride. I want to take this opportunity to thank you again for your support over the years.

A little about me: I’m originally from China and have lived in Australia since 2004. I work in the banking sector with a finance background. I’m married with two boys—Louis, now 12, and Lucas, 10.

When Louis was about four, he was diagnosed with autism. We were fortunate to receive tremendous support from the community, and today he is a happy, thriving 12‑year‑old. Because of the help we received, I’m always grateful for any chance to give back and support other children and families in need.

I would be truly grateful for your support—any amount you are able to donate will make a meaningful difference. Thank you again for standing with me and these wonderful causes.

Thank You To My Donors
