Why I’m Riding Again — and Why Your Support Matters
In 2026 I’m taking part in my third Chain Reaction Challenge — an event that brings riders together to raise vital funds for children and families facing serious health challenges.
This ride supports two incredible organisations:
AEIOU Foundation, which provides early intervention programs for young children with autism, helping them build communication, social and life skills at a critical stage of development.
The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, which funds life-saving research, specialised equipment and critical care services for seriously ill children and their families.
Both charities make a tangible, lasting difference — not just for the kids they support, but for parents, siblings and entire communities.
Events like Chain Reaction only work because of the generosity of people around us. Friends, family and colleagues play a huge part in turning the kilometres we ride into real-world outcomes: therapy sessions, hospital equipment, research breakthroughs and better futures for children facing enormous challenges.
