Day1 complete
Nice flat start to begin with , nice little climb 3/4 in , some great support from you he team for the old slow guy on the hills, but as they say what clogs up must come down , after lunch was that down hill section good to get the wind in the hair ???Finished at 102km ice bath and massage recovery , rest to do it all again tomorrow.
