Help me support kids in need
Chain Reaction is the Ultimate Corporate Bike Challenge that raises money for sick children by challenging senior executives who have a passion for cycling and an awareness of their corporate social responsibilities, to ride a 1,000 plus kilometre course in 7 days.
I've undertaken this challenge for the past two years and have seen first hand what can be achieved when we pull together as a team, both from a bike riding perspective but also, most importantly, from a fundraising perspective.
I have two young daughters who, thankfully, are happy (mostly - although they do complain a lot!) and healthy. I have been moved to tears by some of the stories that have been shared with us by those who have benefited directly from the work of our charity partners, AEIOU (for kids with autism), Ronald McDonald House, and Traction. Many of those stories are very close to home and we all know someone who has needed to call upon a helping hand when the health of their kids is at stake. Put simply - the work of these charities change little kids' lives every day.
I want to continue to help to raise much needed funds for the three charity partners this year, and I sincerely thank you, my friends, family and colleagues, for getting on board and assisting me with this challenge.
