This year Elliott is again participating in the Chifley Highriders raising funds for the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute: helping children born with heart defects.
“Participating” rather than competing this year as with two new baby boys at home he just doesn’t have the time to mix it with Chifley’s best in terms of kilometres ridden. However, this has really highlighted how fortunate it is that both boys are healthy and how important it is that cardiac research conducted by the Victor Change foundation continues to be funded.
