David is the founder and Managing Director of Substancia. Substancia is a real estate advisor, asset, investment and development manager offering advisory and syndicated property investment opportunities to private clients.
David has ridden in all ten Chain Reaction Victoria rides, is Chairman of the Victorian Chain Reaction Committee and a board member of the Chain Reaction Foundation.
He is constantly thankful of the support his wife Chelsea and kids Matthew and Annabelle give him to allow his ongoing commitment to train and ride in for Chain Reaction.
