Gary owns a photography/videography studio based in Brisbane, capturing images and designing visual communications for a wide variety of professional services firms, marketing consultancies and other commercial clients.
His previous career as an elite athlete in the sport of rowing (triple world champion and 1996 Olympian) has also given him a level of insight which allows him to capture sporting images (rowing, surfboat rowing and lifesaving, triathlon, cycling and rugby) that are visually stunning.
Now that Gary no longer rows, cycling is his favourite form of exercise and in his first year on the Chain Reaction Ride, he is excited about once again being part of a dedicated group of people working toward a common purpose.
"With three young children of my own, I’m aware of how lucky we have been to have them all be healthy - this is a great opportunity to raise much needed funds for some very worthwhile charities and any donations will be most gratefully accepted”.
