Training update

Hi Friends,

About halfway through our training schedule I managed to avoid the pole I collected this time last year, which put an end to my 2018 campaign. Now being extra cautious I’m confident of making the starting line to what will be an exciting and challenging week. The photo attached is 3 of us, with relief on our faces, after finishing the Le-tap ride in Jindabyne in Dec last year – a taste of what is is to come.

Chain reaction is special as it’s given us all the chance to not only to break up our daily routine from office life but importantly raise funds for two great kids charities – every story I hear touches my heart.

An FYI – all riders in the chain reaction ride pay an upfront fee which goes a long way in covering costs of the ride which enables a large % of all funds to go back to the charities.

Until next time, Bill

Chain Reaction is the Ultimate Corporate Bike Challenge that raises money for sick children by challenging senior executives who have a passion for cycling and an awareness of their corporate social responsibilities, to ride a 1,000 plus kilometre course in 7 days.

Dear Dad, We are proud of you for undertaking this campaign again. What a wonderful cause. Will be tracking the updates on the ride live and thinking of the group of brave riders. Keep up the safe training! Lots of love, your family.
