Thank you for your interest in being part of the support team for the 2025 Chain Reaction Challenge events.
Please complete this form. If you are part of the support team for more than one event, please ensure you complete details of each event. If your role is different for each event, please identify your role after confirming this with Tim Chadd, [email protected]
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2025
You may make your own travel arrangements subject to booking travel to approved travel costs (we will budget your travel allowance based on the most convenient airport for departure and arrival home). You must be available at the event start times as advised by Chain Reaction.
Once booked, please send the booking confirmation and receipt for payment so we can reimburse the approved amount.
Once this form is fully completed we will send arrival and departure dates and the budgeted amount for your travel.
Additional travel expenses (upgrades, early or late departure etc) will be at your cost and will not be reimbursed by Chain Reaction. We recommend that you obtain travel insurance for your trip including to cover loss damage or theft of personal items. Please refer to the indemnity form below.
If you are not an Australian citizen or permanent resident, please be aware that our personal liability policy with our insurer does not extend to you.
