A 10 Year Celebration
The 2020 Chain Reaction Queensland Challenge will be a milestone event recognising the incredible support for kids charities the state has displayed over the past decade. Starting in Newcastle and finishing in Brisbane, the ride will take in the spectacular coastline and inland terrain of northern New South Wales and southern Queensland. On and off the bike this will be an event befitting of the occasion.

Beginning in Newcastle, the 2020 Course will take riders through scenic delights and country towns such as Forster, Telegraph Point, South West Rocks, Coffs Harbour, Yamba and Ballina, to the big lights of Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Newcastle to Forster

Distance: 165km
Metres climbed: 1996m

DAY 2

Forster to Telegraph Point

Distance: 144km
Metres climbed: 1725m

DAY 3

South West Rocks to Coffs Harbour

Distance: 132km
Metres climbed: 1536m

DAY 4

Coffs Harbour to Yamba

Distance: 155km
Metres climbed: 1400m 

DAY 5

Yamba to Ballina

Distance: 144km
Metres climbed: 1419m

DAY 6

Ballina to Gold Coast

Distance: 154km
Metres climbed: 2470m

DAY 7

Gold Coast to Brisbane

Distance: 105km
